Since launch, we have been adding new cities at a rapid pace, and from 3 cities in February 2020, we are now offering OneCard membership to residents of 54 cities - Ahmedabad, Alappuzha, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Chandigarh, Chittoor, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Delhi (NCR), East Godavari, Ernakulam, Erode, Guntur, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Jodhpur, Karim Nagar, Kolhapur, Kolkata, Kollam, Kottayam, Kozhikode, Krishna, Madurai, Malappuram, Medak, Mohali, Mumbai, Mysore, Nagpur, Nashik, Nellore, Palakkad, Panchkula, Pathanamthitta, Patiala, Pune, Rajkot, Ranchi, Salem, Surat, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Tiruchirappalli, Tiruvallur, Udaipur, Vadodara, Vellore, Visakhapatnam, and Warangal. New cities are being added on an ongoing basis in phases. Download the OneCard app from the Play Store or App Store and proceed to apply for OneCard. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.

Yes, the OneCard is a contactless card. It means you can tap your card at a terminal to pay for transactions up to Rs. 5,000 without having to input the PIN. Currently this limit is applicable only in India and on those terminals which accept contactless payments.

In addition to your metal OneCard, there is a virtual rendition of the same card available for you in the OneCard App. This card is also a VISA powered credit card so you can use it for any online or app-based transactions or purchases. The security parameters are set as per industry standards.

You will need to go through a verification process in order to change to your registered email address with OneCard. You can connect with us via the Help Section if you wish to proceed with the same.

We completely understand that sometimes we lose things and find them again, so if you feel your card is misplaced, you can lock it temporarily from the OneCard App. Once you find it, you can reactivate it.

In case your mobile phone or OneCard is lost or stolen, please report the theft to the police by lodging a First Information Report (FIR), and share a copy of that with us when requested. You should also let us know about this from the app itself or via email on help@getonecard.app
